How can I reserve a unit?
In the 'Contact Us' section of the website, you can fill out a form with your inquiries that will be emailed to us immediately. We will respond within 48 hours and answer all questions you may have. For an immediate response, we recommend that you give our friendly party consultant a call at: (845)-469-4590.
Is a deposit required upon reservation?
In order for us to guarantee a rental for a particular date, we ask for a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the unit for you. This deposit will be deducted from your balance, on the day of your event. For payment, we accept cash, checks and money orders. Please do not mail cash!
What is your rain policy?
During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. On the day of your rental, if conditions are not predicted to be adverse, we will give you the option of accepting delivery or not. If the rental is ultimately cancelled, we prefer that you reschedule. If it is not possible, we will, in this case, refund your deposit. On the other hand, if you decide to accept delivery, there will be no refunds!
Do I have to pick up and setup the unit myself?
Absolutely not!! Bouncers Paradise is a full service, hassle-free operation. You have more than enough to do to get ready for your event. Concentrate on the cooking and let us focus on the fun.
How much room is required to fit an inflatable in my yard?
All the dimensions of each bouncehouse are listed on the Rental page of this site. Please add two feet to each measurement to provide proper clearance of fences, wires, over-hanging trees, etc. Other important factors to consider are as follows: 1. Make sure that the area is fairly level. For safety reasons, we do not set up on hills. 2. You need to have an outlet within 100 feet. 3. Please let us know if there are any sprinkler heads in your yard so that we can avoid damaging them upon placement of the inflatable.
Are the inflatables safe and clean?
Yes they are! We take pride in making sure all of our units are clean, and more importantly, safe for your child. We vacuum and disinfect each unit right in front of you, ensuring that your rental is as clean as possible before your child steps foot inside. Also, we make sure that every corner of the unit is properly anchored to the ground for safe bouncing. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play.
When will the unit be delivered and how long do I get it for?
Typically, we deliver all of our units between 9am and 12pm. Pick-up is between 6pm and 8pm. During the late summer, early fall months, last pick-up is 7pm because we require a minimal amount of daylight to inspect and take down unit. If you desire a specific time frame, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Ultimately, you are guaranteed 6 hours of bouncing fun. |
